We submit supplements within 48 hours of receiving your complete claim documentation, including the carrier's estimate, your scope of work, and damage photos.

We make the first follow-up call within 7 days of submission. After that, we follow up every other business day until the claim is resolved. This consistent cadence keeps your supplement from sitting in a queue.

We update your CRM directly after every carrier interaction. You can check progress anytime without calling or emailing us.
