How Our Supplement Process Works — From Job Handoff to Resolution
You have already decided you want supplement help. Here is exactly what happens after you hand us the file — who does what, how the carrier discussions are handled, and what to expect along the way.
The Short Version
You send the file. Our licensed Independent Adjusters review the carrier's estimate, build a documented supplement, submit it, and carry the carrier discussions through to resolution. You stay focused on selling and building roofs while we make sure the claim scope is fully addressed.
The Process, Step by Step
Send Us the File
At intake you send the adjuster's estimate, your scope of work, photos, and any carrier correspondence. That is it — there is very little prep on your end. We provide a simple checklist so nothing is missing before we start.
We Review the Carrier Estimate
A licensed Independent Adjuster audits the carrier's initial estimate for missed line items, underpriced materials, and code-required work the carrier left out. This is where most of the recoverable dollars are identified.
We Build and Submit the Supplement
We draft the supplement package — line-by-line documentation, pricing support, and code references — and submit it directly to the carrier. You do not have to be the one putting it together or sending it in.
Carrier Discussions and Follow-Through
When a carrier requests more documentation or issues a partial approval, our team has the discussions and works the file through to address every item. You get updates, not tasks — we handle the back-and-forth.
Approval and Disbursement
Once the supplement is approved, the additional funds are released on the claim. There are no up-front fees to get started for qualifying contractors — see the pricing page for full details.
What a Typical Timeline Looks Like
We submit your supplement within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Our team then follows up with the carrier within 7 days and every other business day after that until the file is resolved. Total time to resolution depends on the carrier and the complexity of the claim — we would rather set an honest expectation than promise something overnight.

Common Questions Before Getting Started
No. You keep selling and producing the way you already do. When a job has a claim, you hand us the file — the carrier's estimate, your scope, and photos — and we take the supplement from there. Nothing about your sales process or crew workflow has to change.
We do. Our licensed Independent Adjusters prepare the supplement and handle the discussions with the carrier on the contractor's behalf so the full scope gets addressed. You get status updates in your CRM — not a pile of phone calls to make.
No. Our team members are licensed Independent Adjusters. We prepare and document the supplement and have discussions with the carrier to make sure every item is addressed — we do not act as a public adjuster or represent the policyholder. Our role is to support the contractor with accurate, well-documented supplement work.
Send it over anyway. Many closed claims can still be supplemented when there is documented scope the carrier did not account for. We will review the file and let you know honestly whether there is anything worth pursuing.
All of the major carriers — State Farm, Allstate, Travelers, Farmers, USAA, Progressive, and more. Every carrier handles documentation and scope a little differently; our team works within each carrier's requirements on every file.
